1. Agreement
By browsing or buying from squishyadventcalendar.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Products and Descriptions
We describe our product as accurately as we can, including the twenty-four numbered doors, the twenty-four mini squishy pieces and the 28 × 18 × 4.2 cm box. Colours may vary slightly between the photographs and the item you receive, because screens differ and because the characters in each calendar are a mystery assortment.
3. Safety
This product contains small pieces. It is not suitable for children under three, and younger children should be supervised. Keep the pieces away from anyone who may put them in their mouth.
4. Pricing and Availability
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and cancel an affected order with a full refund. Stock is limited and we may limit quantities per order or per customer.
5. Orders
Receiving an order confirmation does not mean we have accepted the order. We may refuse or cancel any order, and we will refund you in full if we do.
6. Returns and Shipping
Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The content of this site — text, images, layout and design — belongs to us or our suppliers and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or to this site is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies.
