Shipping Policy

Effective as of: September 16, 2026

1. Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United States and Canada only. We are not able to deliver anywhere else at this time.

2. Shipping Rates

Because of that threshold, the 2-Calendar and 4-Calendar packs on our product page ship free; the 1-Calendar pack carries the $8.95 charge. The exact rate for your address is always shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Order Processing

You will get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking when your parcel leaves us.

4. Delivery Times

Expect 5 to 10 day delivery. Once your parcel is moving, your tracking link is the most accurate answer. If tracking has not updated for 7 days, email us and we will chase it.

5. Ordering for December

This is a dated product and carrier networks slow down through the holiday season. Order early. If you have a date you must hit, email support@squishyadventcalendar.com before you order and we will tell you whether it is realistic.

6. Duties and Taxes

Any customs charges, duties or import taxes applied to a cross-border delivery are the responsibility of the recipient. Those charges are set by the destination country, not by us, and they are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

7. Wrong or Incomplete Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully. A parcel returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once you cover the reshipping cost, or refunded less the original shipping charge.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered and it is not there, email support@squishyadventcalendar.com within 7 days with your order number and photos where relevant. We will open a carrier claim and make it right.
